ACH Payment Option

Central Prairie Co-op is accepting payments through our Patron Access site via ACH. If you are interested in signing up to start paying online, you will need to do two things.

First, you will need to fill out the ACH Form and mail it along with a VOID check to

Second, you will need to sign up via CPC Patron Access. You can find this at the top of our webpage at www.cpcoop.us, then click the New Account Request button on the Welcome Visitor! page. By clicking on the button you are filling out information to register for the Patron Access site not a new CPC account.

Patron Access Instructions

Once you receive an email back saying that you have signed up for Patron Access, you will be all set to be able to pay online monthly.

Here are a few informational facts about setting up your ACH with Central Prairie Co-op:

  1. This is NOT automatically withdrawn from your account on a monthly basis. You will need to login to your Patron Access page to submit your payment.
  2. You will still get a paper statement in the mail.
  3. If you purchase fertilizer or fuel you are provided a discount if you pay before the 15th of each month. To receive this discount you will need to log onto Patron Access and submit your payment before the 15th. If you submit AFTER the 15th, know that you must pay the entire amount without the discount or you will receive a finance charge the following month.
  4. TMA ACH is totally different than CPC ACH. TMA ACH is for when you sell your grain and the money is deposited in your account. CPC ACH is only to pay your Central Prairie Co-op account, and you have to log on to CPC Patron Access to do this.

To know if you’re ACH has been set up, you will need to log into your CPC Patron Access. You will see a small ACH PAY NOW icon on the Account Information Tab. If it hasn’t been set up and it has been 10 days, please call our Sterling Main Office at 620-278-2141.
